Post by Koenig »

Just got a kayak and am now in the market for a paddle. Besides weight what are some other considerations when buying a paddle?

Length is a huge factor. Plus the size ofthe blades for the application you will be using it for. Go to Austin Kayak's website, they have a guide to help.

You might want to try your question on the Forgotten Coast Kayak Angler's forum. http://www.fcka.net/home
