I think I will order one and test their "free shipping" promise.
I have the 2 speed TLD30 and it is a class above similar sized reels.
Can,t beat a Shimano.

As long as it doesn't break

.I loved all mine til they broke....
I had a bait caster, I took it apart to clean it, was never the same

...Thought I had screwed something up....Decided one day to send it to BPS reel repair....Got a email basically saying the reel I sent has a problem

, once you take it apart it never goes back together right

....They offered me a trade, so I got another Shimano

Gosh Chalk.... I don't know about you but if I had received that email I'd figured they were trying to tell me som'pun...
The operative phrase there is
once YOU take it apart it never goes back together right

No, I knew they were telling the truth, cause I took it apart and put it back together 400 times, it almost became a small reef out from Econfina one day
I loved the reel when it worked though, it was sweet

I never take my multiplier reels apart.
I rinse them in warm water, when I return from a sea trip and lubricate them through the appropriate apertures (too embarrassed to say "nipples"

).
On my smaller Abu,s, changing the spools is as technical as it gets.
I found out long ago that.... me fiddling with reels = expense.
