Well,one thing we know for certain. They were NOT buying fish from Cairo Trout,Bad Behavior,Reel Cowboy,Mud Ducker,DownTime and a few other Georgia boys because they can't catch fish.

They were buying & selling undersized & out of season grouper, snapper & amberjack.
