Truck and boat wiring in Moultrie area

I bought a new to me boat recently and discovered the truck has some issues. I've got turn signal and brake light power but no power to the wires for the running lights at the truck bumper. I'm going to crawl under and trace the wires with a tester and see what I can find but I'm no wiring whiz. I did check all the fuses already.
On the boat, I really don't know what all I'll do or replace yet but I'll probably end up just replacing most all of the wiring as it is a 2004 and been sitting uncovered on the trailer. I'll be adding pumps and electronics and the teenager says a stereo is mandatory. It'll be a learn as you go deal but it would be nice to know someone locally who I can go to for help in the area or pay to have it done when it's past my expertise level.
