What kind of Fish is this Osprey Holding?

Took this pic of an Osprey holding a fish. Never seen a fish like that. It's a freshwater fish. Anybody know what it is?
Also while I'm at it I might as well say that the flats out in front of Piney Island are coming to life. Caught trout, spanish, and blues on shrimp and an old school bucktail drifting in 4' - 8' of water. In around the Oyster Bars and back in the creeks the reds are biting too.

It does resemble a carp, but the fins, especially the dorsal fin, and the way the mouth doesn't point towards the bottom seem different to me. It kind of looks like it has a humped back too, but that's partially hidden behind the branch. The fish came out of Lake Ellen.

He was, and he was cussing me out pretty good at the same time. They are awesome fishers. I saw one of them drop down in the water and grab onto something so big it couldn't fly back out, so it used its wings like paddles and rowed to shore. When it took off I was thinking it had a turtle, but maybe it was one of those weird fish. I've never seen a carp in the lake and I've never heard anyone say they were in there. Usually carp make their presence known. I've been looking around and I agree with towman that it's some kind of native Buffalo Fish. Anything but a carp or some other exotic fish that'll muddy things up or mess up the balance would be good enough though.
