I had 2 Stradic Ci4's, and a Saros all on terramar rods stolen today (3-23-12) at the newport bridge. I bought them ALL so im not exactly taking this lightly. (about $900 in rod reels line and lures) If you see a bum fishing with a $350 setup down there, its probably mine. BIG Reward if you find em. Thanks guys

I will keep a lookout for you on craigslist and at the boat ramps. I know your pain, had my calcutta/star combo stolen from me last December. I wanted that for years but too much $$$, when I through down and buy it...gone.

Man, that really sucks. I'm sorry to hear about your loss and hope that someone finds the jerk that stole them. Keep an eye on Craigslist.

That stinks Ben. If they were stolen off your truck you might want to holler at your insurance agent and see if they can help.

Homeowner policy would apply not truck insurance.

Not if the truck was broken into. At least not with State Farm. When my truck was broken into they replaced everything under my truck policy.

I loaded up my yak and put all my equiptment in my back seat...except for my rods which were leaning up against a tree 3 ft. away. I got a call as soon as I tied my yak down and completly forgot about them and jumed in my truck and went home. Once I got home I realized they were gone and sped back to the ramp(roughly 10 minutes later) and they were gone. I asked an old man standing down there if he had seen them and he said a guy in cutoff jeans and his friend snatched em up and drove off in a silver SUV...shame.

Hanging offense where I come from. Comes right after kicking a man's dog in severity.

That just ain't right. The bums probably watched you drive off without them, then jumped on them for themselves. Karma will get them. Hope you get your rods back!
