Making some mackerel dip

Caught some at St. Marks today along with a few trout.

If it's anything like the redfish dip I make all the time, cook until it just barely turns white, flake and mash with mayo. Add a few cloves of garlic finely diced, salt, pepper and Greek seasoning to taste as well as diced onion. Chill and dip out with crackers.
