Was looking at a piece of property there and didn't know much about the area. This would be a weekend place was wondering about crime, neighbors etc.
Whats up with the 6,000 tap fee for sewage?

Highland view is a little run down for sure. Not sure about the crime and all that but its kinda sketchy for sure. I don't know what your looking to spend but I can think of better neighborhoods for sure. The sewage and water hook up fees are that high because the city and county is run by a bunch of clowns.
