Lost Canoe

A guy emailed me saying he heard a BigBendFishing person might have found this canoe they lost off Dog Island
Hello,
We have lost a Mad River 15ft RED canoe. A construction worker reportedly spotted the canoe off Dog Island not too long ago and we would very much appreciate any information leading to it's recovery. There were 2 fishing poles and a pair of water shoes in the canoe as well. It was lost during the first week of January, 2012.
