Use a photo sharing site like PhotoBucket and save the image there. Then copy the code and paste it into your post.

ad you image and then right click "copy link address and then "[img]Put%20the%20URL%20here[/img]"
Get rig of the quote marks of course.
Or just past the link, highlight it and then click the Img button at the top of the posting page.
