Apalachicola 4/27-29 awsome weekend

Went to Apalachicola this weekend with wife and two boys.Wife's birthbay Friday son's Sunday.Went out friday,Satuday,sunday,caught over 150 trout plus a few spanish,some sharks and bunch of trash fish.Son went out flounder gigging Friday night with friend of mine for about two hours came in with 8 nice ones.This weekend was as good as it gets couldn't have asked for any better.God is Great

Good weekend for sure. You skin the flatties or try to fillet them?

scale, cut heads off, and gut lay on foil coverd cookie sheet, smear butter on them, slice vidallia onion place rinds on top and cover with nice thick bacon put in oven when done skin just peels off
