Set oven to 425°, cook till fat is rendered, remove from oven, serve with a red cabbage, two dumplings, cranberry relish, and gravy. Fish in peace next time!

We've been laughing about the "Pro" kayak angler for a couple years now. I have heard him referenced in other forums as Drew "Goose" Gregory

Pro as in he gets paid to be a kayak angler. Seems like a pretty damn good deal if you ask me.
