Here's the link to my latest blog:

Done Deal is running in with a blue marlin measuring 113 inches. They will be coming in late. The scales close at 9 p.m.

High C's has also boated a blue measuring 101 inches. Their ETA is within the hour.

That we've heard, three blue marlin and two whites have been released. The fleet is scattered all across the northern Gulf, so we do not have radio contact with all 60. We're expecting some big wahoo to hit the scales yet tonight as well.

How has the weather been Dave? I'm supposed to be heading to the rigs tonight but don't know if that will happen now.

Take a rain suit. You will be fine.

I'd wait for a better w/e, Brian. Raining steady here on the hill. Serious thunder and lightning. About 3 inches of standing water at the scales. The boat that just brought the big blue in said it wasn't bad earlier, but they ran through some nasty slop.

332.7 for the first blue (angler's first Classic and first blue marlin) and almost 564 for the second. There'll be a long line waiting to weigh fish tomorrow, rain or shine.

Time for some cold beverages and Zydeco music.

And no wonder Jumptrout wants some fresh tuna. He's eating soggy sammiches for lunch!
