Suggestions needed for new rod

I have a broken e21 Carrot Stix casting rod in medium-heavy that I have come to realize is going to be a real pain to get replaced under the "limited lifetime warranty." I have called the company a couple times and only get their answering machine. I like the rods, but not the hassle of getting one replaced. I mostly fished topwater plugs with this rod and any advice on other rods with similar action and feel will be appreciated.

What length do you have in mind? Lure weight range? Casting or spinning?

Talk to Frank at WF Surplus in Albany. He may be able to help with replacement.

South Georgia Outdoors in Cairo carries these rods. They may be able to help.

Might I suggest a custom rod from Mathews Fishin Styx. You will be more than satisfied with the performance and quality.

My warranty is very, very simple. I warranty against "Manufacturing Defects". Each rod blank is flexed & inspected before the grips are installed. By doing this, I can make sure no blanks were damaged in shipping. They are flexed & inspected again before I finish the guides and once more before you take delivery.
All of that insures there are no "Manufacturing Defects" so if it breaks, I'll build another one for a small fee. No rod leaves me shop that will fail on it's own, it'll require a some human help. I do not stock rods nor do I stock bare blanks, each rod I build is a true one off with never another one like it. Unless of course you buy 2 or more.
I've been doing this long enough, seen enough & know enough blank designers/engineers to be able to pick out what happened to cause the failure.

In regards to guides, if an insert pops out or grooves, I'll replace it no charge & it'll be good as new.

My goal is to have happy, educated customers but custom rods aren't for everybody. I make it my business to talk to each customer before, during and after the build and answer any questions as the project goes from grips to guide placement to finish.

I could go on & on about how to store rods, transport them and fish them to insure a long life & many enjoyable hours on the water. I've given talks on this very subject several times and would be happy to do so again, if anyone is interested.

I hope this answers your question.

Is the butt end on the split grip guaranteed for more than 2 fishing trips?

If you've had a problem with one, this is the first I've heard of it. Can't fix what I don't know about.
Thanks for the heads up JT.

It is the one you made for my daughter. She came down for Fathers' Day last weekend.
We went to SJB.
The little bplastic butt on the cork ball on the end broke off during a cast.

Get it back to me & I'll take care of it.
