Went out to Lake Jackson today. I got there about 6:30am and fished until about 1pm. I only threw 3 baits, a bullfrog color topwater frog, a pumpkin color lizard, and a pumpkin color finesse worm. I caught a fish on every bait but was most effective with the lizard. My biggest fish and my personal best came from the topwater frog bringing in my personal best bass ever (haven't bass fished very long).

Here is a video of the personal best catch. Sadly it doesn't show most of the catch as it is only shows what is going on in front of the kayak. Was a great day. I ended up catching 8 bass. All of them came from the Rhoden Cove area.
