Had a friend give me a Manitowoc undercounter, 120lb cube ice machine- got it hooked up and cleaned- fired up - when it dropped the first batch of ice, it took a while, when the 2nd batch dropped the first was almost completely melted- after 5 days it was about 1/4 full in the bin, and lots of water constantly draining from the drain tube - it just kept melting?

Any one have any idea about what this could be so I can trouble shoot? or a reasonable place to check it for me?

Ask him for some of his famous holes while he s there. He may even keep them locked in his truck.
