Pintail Decoy from Tangier Island

This decoy holds a lot of memories for me... It sat on my dads desk for years and then, after he retired, made it to the desk by my Mom and Dad's phone.

He got it on a duck hunting trip to Tangier Island the year I was born.
I remember lots of times at the hunt camp or in the duck blind he told the story of his trip up there and the great hunting, good people and good food.
A little research and I found out he decoy was made by Capt. Jess Urie.
Here's info on him http://www.wardmuseum.org/Exhibits/Arti ... fault.aspx
The decoy sits on my desk now... One day I'll make it up there!
