Spoke with the current owner today and collected more info. The boat was primarily used for scalloping and he took it down to the Keys for so diving excursions. He said one of the 4 cylinders had almost no compression. :( The other three checked out. It might just be a cylinder head gasket or possibly needs new rings on one of the pistons, so he is willing to negotiate a fair price. It also needs a pair of new batteries. The trailer has a new axle and bearings and has never been in the water. He went on to tell me that the boat sat in his covered carport for almost three years. He is selling it because he is now into other non-water/boat related sports. For a 1990 the boat is in cosmetically great shape but could use some TLC. With 90 (2-stroke) ponies on the stern w/stainless steel prop you could expect about 40-45mph once the engine is fixed. Cape Horns are known for their quick hole shots and nimble handling especially with a 90 two stroke. I didn't ask about a radio or GPS, but he does have one of those short console mounted digital antennas. Looks to be a great project boat, or a first boat for someone new to the BBFN. Seller is highly motivated and will negotiate. He is asking 3k for boat motor trailer and will probably throw in anything else related to the boat that he has. If you want to see the boat it is located in the 2000 block of Chowkeebin Nene in Indian head acres.

Call Mike at 850- 942-5331 evenings

Spoke with the current owner recently and he has dropped down to $2,000.00 - boat motor and trailer. He's ready to negotiate 2K OBO
