Ingredients:
2 (8.8 oz.) Pouches ready-to-serve Spanish-style rice
2 (15 oz. ) Cans of black beans, drained and rinsed
2 (4 oz. ) Cans Green Chiles, chopped
1/4 Cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
Toppings: sour cream,salsa,diced tomato,shredded cheddar cheese
Prep:
Prepare rice according to the package directions.
Combine black beans and green chiles in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave at high for 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir in rice and cilantro. Serve immediately with desired toppings.

These "Ready To Serve" rice packs are very popular and makes this an easy side dish...
