Wife and I made a trip to Deals this evening...

Here is a "BEFORE" shot of a plate full of Deep Fried Mullet Backbones...

That plate of backbones would have been plenty, but I ordered up some fried oysters as well... came with Cheese Grits and Cole Slaw.

Here is a "AFTER" picture which is kinda fuzzy. My fingers were all greasy and the phone kept slip'n on me.

Drive to Perry, ( on 27) then turn right (West) on 98 towards Econfina, its aprox 1-2 miles on the left.

Ate there Wednesday night, couple dozen raw oysters and the Seafood Platter with mullet, shrimp, and grouper!

Pa I don't think they are open on Sunday you can call them at (850) 838-3325 to make sure but when you go ask them about Cotton Eyed Joe, its a hoot!
