Carrabelle House for Sale

Sure hated to do this, but we found a local house in Bremen we would like to buy.
We have owned the Carrabelle place for about two years and it is move in ready.
Just really trying to get back our investment with nothing for my labor, I did not hire any of the renovations and we did a bunch.
