First I am a UF fan, second I am an SEC fan. I don't beat the "SEC is the best ever and nobody else should suit up to play football" drum but this article is funny at best. This guy writes for maxim, the Los Angeles Times, and CNN so I am guessing he is a big PAC-12 guy and is jealous of all the media attention the SEC gets in the polls, BCS, etc.

This is what was crazy to me in this article:
SEC vs. PAC-12 regular season: 10-12
SEC vs. PAC-12 bowl games: 1-0
SEC vs. Big 12 regular season: 6-10
SEC vs. Big 12 bowl games: 21-8
SEC vs. ACC regular season: 42-36
SEC vs. ACC bowl games: 16-9
SEC vs. Big 10 regular season: 7-4
SEC vs. Big 10 bowl games: 19-19
SEC vs. Big East regular season: 16-15
SEC vs. Big East bowl game: 3-8

That's a 141-121 overall record so I don't know what he is saying here. Maybe a team from one of these conferences can step up this year and beat the top SEC team, who undoubtedly, will make it to the National Championship again.

Any of you guys seen Training Days on ESPN? Are you going to become Buckeye fans when Urban puts them in the NC game next year (banned this year)?

BG-good seeing you a couple weeks ago. I plan on putting some fish pics up on BBF once my dad sends them to me. There will be no pics of the golf game presented for fodder.

I have no ill will toward the corch, that being said, I hope every SEC team he plays destroys him. Brian, I can post a picture of the score card, but I don't think anyone wants that.

Destruction won't happen. I'm afraid I do have to watch AL whoop on the blue and gold on 9/1 though. It was my score I was referring to as fodder....

My son went to Athens, my oldest girl Auburn, my youngest to UF as I did. Try that for a house devided, but we do represent the SEC.

Only an uninformed or biased idiot would write that article. The facts are the facts. In a vast number of the match ups with out of conference teams, SEC have romped and stomped. GO DAWGS!

We are half way through the regular season. The first BCS rankings just came out. Six of the top 12 teams are from the SEC.

But...but...the SEC isin't that great. The article says so. Well...a lot of people also said that FSU was back. I guess maybe they are back to losing to very bad ACC teams. I didn't think that they stopped doing that?
Maybe all these writers aren't that smart after all.
