UPDATE: Take a Kid Fishing

Hey Captains - October 13th is just weeks away before the annual Take a Kid Fishing from the Baptist Children's Home. I have had good response, but we are still 8-10 boats short of the number we need. Don't forget - this will be one of the most memorable times on the water that you'll have this year. As usual, the ramp fee is waived at the fort at St. Marks. The pavilion is reserved for lunch afterwards, which will be hot and ready when you return at noon. I encourage you to please get the word out to any captains that you think might be interested in the event. Have them contact me.

Don, I want you to plan on me being there. Do not hesitate to make an assignment. I may have a granddaughter or two but can say for sure. So for your assignment purposes, you may want to think lady guests but doesn't have to be. Thanks

Don,
Do you have enough boats? I can put something in The Democrat on Friday the 12th. Just say the word.
