Took friday afternoon off for a quick trip. Partner cancelled but I couldnt pass up the great weather. Put in at rock landing at 12. Hit first spot tossed out a live shrimp under a CTand was quickly rewarded with a catfish. Thought it might be one of those days, but a bad day on the water is better than work. Switched to gulp on a jig head and first 4 casts resulted in 3 keeper trout- 18,19 and 22. Got my limit quick. The bite stopped at 2 and I headed in. I I have never had such a quick and rewarding trip. Great day. Trust those tides and solunars.

Mitchelltally, you are right on about the solunar tables. They really do work. I was trying to explain to my wife how the solunar tables work, which I barely understand, and she looked at me like I was an idiot and said "How's that witchcraft working out for you?"
