Trash fish classic

Does the tfc still exist? A buddy fished it a few years ago and said it was a blast. As I seem to catch more houndfish, toadfish, ladyfish, hardheads, gafftops, lizardfish, bluefish,jacks,stingrays, sharks, pufferfish,remoras, sea turtles and pelicans than all my fishin buddies combined, I may have a punchers chance in that one. Does anyone know the skinny? Thanks
