Ski Barge Retool(ongoing project)

I recently bought an 80's model Kenner Fishin' Ski Barge. It's the 17' Flats Fisher model with a tunnel hull. Figured it'll be an upgrade for getting my father in law and also my kids out on the flats in lieu of my kayak.
I really like this model boat and thought it would be a worthy candidate as a fixer upper. The motor is a 2005 90 HP Johnson(Bombardier) and runs great. The rest of the boat was seriously dated and really needed a lot of clean up work.
First, the 25 year old carpet had to go
I rolled on some new gel coat
Next is a new rub rail, then a trolling motor.........
