Our kickoff meeting for the year is this Thursday night at Beef O'Brady's on Thomasville Road. Capt. Mike McNamarra from St. Marks Outfitters/Coastal Angler Magazine Big Bend is our featured speaker and will share his local knowledge and expertise for fishing in the area.

Lies start at around 6:30 and the meeting starts at 7:00. Members and non-members are welcome. Register for the tournament (bring cash) and purchase tickets for the great raffle prizes.

I spoke with Frank Kraeft from CoonBottom Gun Club. He has agreed to sign up as a sponsor this year. If enough people show up to the Thursday meeting we'll toss an annual membership to the gun club in with the raffle prizes. If not, you'll probably still have an opty to win a cool t-shirt.
