And WETTTTT!! 
but then I aint been on the water in about 4 ta 6 months 
so even a wet fishin trip would do

The Flint River is high and we are expected to get 3 to 6 inches of rain Friday and Saturday. Look for some muddy water heading down to FL from GA.

I just checked the web site and the Flint at Newton hit 17 feet on Tuesday. Official flood stage is at 22 feet I believe. 17 would have put it up in the trees and out into the flood plains. It's back to 13 feet today but like I said we are going to be getting A LOT of rain the next two days. If it rains on the high end of the projection I expect some flooding. As bad as the drought has been we sure can use this to replenish the ground water. All the natural springs in the area quit flowing about 3 years ago.
