Lighthouse Saturday

Fished the tournament yesterday at the lighthouse, however it was a FSU Fishing Club tournament, not the NFGCFC tournament. Whoever predicted the weather got it wrong yesterday, but I still made it out. Two people in my little jon, but I caught five trout all on a green and yellow jig. Also had one huge drag-screaming run that lasted for about ten seconds before the fish broke through my 20 lb test Power Pro. Don't know what it was, but possibly a shark or big jack. Whatever it was, it won. Fished some areas around in front of the lighthouse just looking for big sand spots. About 4-6 feet of water. First was a short, second was 19", and the last three were all barely over 15. But, the 19" won the tournament and it was nice to get out even in the wind.
