Horseshoe Beach 4/6

We got out there early on low tide and caught a few trout early but no keepers. Finally about 2 1/2 hours before high tide the bite was on fire. Ended the day with 9 keeper trout with about 30-40 throw backs and 1 flounder. Everything was caught on gulp under a pop-cork. Nuke chicken and pearl white were the best with biggest fish off white colored gulp at 20''. The weather channel is useless as it called for temps around 78 with 9mph winds. It was actually about 70 degress with 20+ mph winds which made fishing difficult.
