Weekend camping/fishing (Fri-Sun)at St. Joseph Peninsula State Park.
We are fishing from kayaks and looking for any info on St Joe Bay for fishing.
Whats biting, what are good artificial baits to use (Brand/Color)
We dont need spots, just general locations will do......
Thanks in advance.

You can also check with the folks at Scallop Cove or the Trading Post and they can give you a report. I'm told the trout bite is picking up generally in the bay so I would think the flats east of the park both north and south of Eagle Harbor and even in the Harbor would be good areas to hit in the kayak.

Redmann, Skeeter-Bite and I are headed to CSB after weigh-in at the RTSO Saturday. Stop by and have a drink if you want. Depending on which boat we fish out of you'll either see my truck or his white f-150 with a 22' Skeeter. Hope you're doing well.
