How many holes?

and noticed blood on the pleasure boat parked in his backyard. He lifted the tarp and found the wounded 19-year-old college student known the world over as Suspect No. 2
...wonder how many bullet holes this guys boat has and who's gonna pay to get em fixed..

No worries, his insurance will cover it if he has it, if not, then the local PD's insurance will. No insurance company in their right mind would turn down that claim. Just one man's thoughts.

That boat will be purchased for twice its value by some silly collector and/ or placed in some spy museum

Probably so but I still would be happy to donate some money towards the purchase of a new rig for the guy

After all if the guy lifted the tarp and saw the perp.. he could have taken him if he had the hardware.. imo.
