St. Marks Wind report 04-04-04

Post by Reel Country »

After spending Saturday downtown helping out with the Big Bend Saltwater Classic float (25’ Wellcraft), we had made plans to fish Sunday out of St. Marks. Plans were made to leave around 6:15. Around 6:30, no fishin’ partner yet. Uh oh, guess someone didn’t set their clock forward. We finally get out of town and start down to the Lighthouse. We arrive at the ramp at precisely 8:26, the bottom of the tide. There was mud everywhere. We watched a guy in a Whaler push through the mud to the floating dock as a blue Pathfinder waited on the hill for the tide to come back up.

Thanks for the report RC. Some of the duty this weekend was on the tuff side. Glad you prevailed.
