Wise idea as loose lips sink ships... that said, would humbly suggest we aim on renaming it "Target K"... and for your sake, Bman, please note that the word "Target" is NEVER to be confused with "Tarjay"

Aha! I suspect the illustrious real estate potentate was supposed to be showing said property for sale and instead took his terrorist connection, a member of the notorious "sleeper" cell and took advantage of said property. I think the rules committee needs to view said pond to insure that no real estate sales rules were broken.
