Grasscarp and I fished RTD over the weekend and posted a solid 86th place finish. What a great tournament and what great fisherman are in it! You better bring your "A" game to make the board.
This is not how I pictured the weekend starting

Friday we launched out of Carrabelle and did good on Reds and not very good on trout.

We fished around east St. George and C-bell river. 8 reds, 10 or so short/keeper trout.
Dinner at Posey's followed!

Saturday we fished Panacea thinking we could hide from the wind. Wrong!!
We managed some nice trout and reds but no Tourny winners.

We fished all the way around Piney island using topwater and jigs.
Sunday we tried again out of Panacea but surrendered to the 20mph winds.
Great time had by all including a team of kayakers (Millertime, etc.)
that stayed with us. They tore up the reds in Ochlok-Bay.
