WhirlPool Hot Water Heater / 19 gal

Purchased this 19gal Whirlpool Hot Water Heater last year (6/7/12) from Lowes for a rental property of mine and paid $253.59. Was used with no problems up until the end of February 2013 and was found not to be big enough to handle the hot water supply needed for the rental. Purchased a larger hot water heater so this Whirlpool HWH has to go! When it was repleaced it was working properly with no issues and is still under warrenty but only for a short period of time! Asking $125.00 or best offer!
