Put in before sunset. Caught 30 and 31 inch red topwater plugging. Got a few slot trout and a bluefish as well. Released everything but a couple trout for dinner. Saw a decent number of reds but not too many in the slot, all slobs oversized. It was gorgeous and FLAT this morning. We came in when storms started brewing. Tight lines.

Nice fish! Did you take out just as the storm was hitting? I believe we saw you. Me, a buddy, and his 15 y.o. boy were in a 1950 Seachaser center console. We got a late start an had fun with a variety of fish but only managed 2 keeper trout out east of the lighthouse. That was one heck of a storm.

Yessir that was us. We saw two sea chasers pulling out so I'm sure one of them was you. Definitely a big storm with some nasty lightning. Glad we all got out before the bottom really fell out.

I was in the white one with the big ugly sea chaser sticker down the side. I actually spoke to you. Sorry I didn't realize who you were. Yeah, it went pretty smoothly actually at the ramp which surprised me. All heck broke loose as we were leaving. I just typed a report but something went wrong and it disappeared. I'll have to type up another one but ours was mostly a lot of fun fish without many fillets to show for our trip.

No worries, I'm sure our paths will cross again. We only managed a couple trout to bring home also, reds measured big enough to swim free.
