My wife bought me a footcush pad for the deck of our boat for Xmas. I broke out the pad and went to install it a few weeks back before my first trip out this year. Broke open the box an there was not any of the male button screws that are used to mount it to the deck. I emailed customer service at 7:30 am in Tallahassee and had a response and screws in the mail by 8:00 am. The impressive part of that is that the company is in Texas which is of course an hour behind us. That was on a Monday and by Thursday I had an envelope arrive in the mail. The only problem was that the envelope had been ripped and the snaps were all missing. By the following Tuesday I had a new heavy duty envelope and 4 snaps arrive. I was just reminded if this when i checked my email ans had an email asking if everything had arrived and how the install went. GREAT PRODUCT SUPPORT IS AWESOME!
