3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. @1368 square feet. Appliances included. Never been lived in. One hell of a view. Each unit comes with a deeded slip in the boat club. They are the smallest slip, however. 25'L x 10'W x 8'H. Gotta be an inshore boat without a t-top I guess. Boat club fee is $360.67 a quarter. If you need bigger you will have to buy/sell/trade for a bigger spot in the barn. An interior townhome is $150k. There has been a TON of early interest so I don't envision these lasting that long. The two exterior units are gonna be a bit more. We're still working out the cost on those. These townhomes are not listed. They are FSBO. We are trying to sell them word of mouth. I'm gonna be down quite a bit the next 10 days so PM me if you have questions or want to take a look. Or email at

Two things I want to correct/clarify. First, I was thinking of the kitchen when I mentioned appliances included. The townhomes do not come with a washer and dryer. Fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, hot water heater (obviously) included. Second, I made an assumption about the townhome layout as if I were to live there. The top floor consists of two bedrooms and two full baths. The lower floor has the kitchen, living area and an additional room. The additional room has a full bath off of it. I'm still tracking down the plans for these units so the actual intent of the "extra" room is not clear to me yet. Breakfast/dining area, study, sitting room? All I know is that if I had one this would be a third bedroom for either guests or kids. I apologize for any confusion. Hope everyone is having a fun and safe holiday weekend. Cheers.

Gonna have someone onsite for the BBSC if anyone wants to take a look inside a unit. Let me know and good luck on the water.

A buddy of mine's sister just bought one of these units. I was in it the other day. This is a great deal for a fishing family. right on the water with wet and dry slips.
