I say this every time I see posts about Ethanol. It is a FARCE! Plain and simple.

You get 10% less mileage with 10% ethanol, so if you are not a liberal and got some brains, do the math. It will STILL take the same amount of 100% gas to get you from A to B whether you use it or not.

Secondly. it has been proven that the green "footprint" of a gallon of ethanol is worse that one of 100% gas. The ethanol folks do not include the fuel used in the farm equipment to harvest and fuel used in transportation to haul the corn in their figures...(how convenient)

Hopefully this will mean more REAL gas at the pump.
Its all I run in my boats and lawn equipment... Had made a world of difference in reliability.

nor do they include the increased cost of food products as 1. more fields are switched to high ethanol corn varieties in favor of higher subsidies, thereby yielding less of the product replaced, ultimately increasing cost as supply lessens; and 2. the increased cost of corn fed meat products due to the increased cost of feed that is now going to ethanol; and finally they ignore the subsidies cost to taxpayers.
