I would think that tackling a tarpon on a dock would be possession, and doubt he has a tag.

It was cool when it grabbed his arm, but trying to grab it out of the water like that us not. Now the woman on the other hand needs a muzzle.

That's at Robbie's Marina in Islamorada. They DO NOT condone that kind of treatment of those beautiful fish. We have stopped there often over the years. My son still has a little scar on his thumb where the Brown Pelican stole his fish while he was picking out the biggest Tarpon to feed. :smt010
