Fished Ecofina Thursday, put in at 7:30 AM on the start of an incoming tide. Seas were flat and water was clear and 81 degrees. Plug casting all artifical baits. Ran North and fished the points. Got into some Seatrout, all keeper size, a few on surface plugs and more on 4 inch Root Beer with Chartreus tailed Gulps. Lots of hits and follow ups, like they were not REAL agressive. Switched to a 4 inch White w/Chartreus tailed Gulp and started catching flounders, one right after the other! Limited out on the flounders in 45 minutes, and was out of that particular bait!! Switched back to a Root Beer w/ Chartreus tail, and caught four reds and two more flounder. The reds were just over the slot and released. Plenty of bait, in and around the shallows, but little surface action. Back at the dock and on the trailer by 12:30 PM..

Excellent, fantastic. I'd rather eat flounder than any fish. Good going!!!
