It's got to where we measure the amount of rain a community got by the height of the water marks on the peoples legs.

WE JUST CAME THROUGH A HEAVY DOWNPOUR ON OUR WAY HOME FROM CHURCH., WATER IS SEEPING BACK INTO MY GARAGE AGAIN, THIS IS GETTING TO BE A PAIN IN THE POSTERIOR.
