House cleaner needed

Help wanted! We have pecky wood paneling in our house. Over the years the dust and maybe some mildew/mold has built up in and on it. The landlord has agreed to pay to have it cleaned. They have contacted several folks and so have I. People claim they will come give an estimate but they never show and never call back. I'm actually seeing that to be a bit of trend around here. Not sure if people are to busy or just have to much money. If someone who has the know how and tools for this job and wants to bid for it send them my way please. It's probably going to take a good vacuum, a tall ladder, and some elbow grease to do it. I'd do it myself but the landlord has agreed to pay for it so why not let someone else do it...
