it is an ice-o-matic. it is having an issue where it goes into ice harvest mode to often. like every 2 minutes or so. water has always worked then I went out there today and the water was not flowin. don't know much about ice machines.

I need a model number to be specific.
But,on iceomatic the harvest cycle is controlled by refrigerant pressure drop.
Poor or no water flow can cause a quick drop.
The water supply, water pump and water distribution tube must be checked and cleaned.
The water dump valve may be leaking water out during the freeze cycle as well.
If all these are checked and corrected there is possibility of a refrigerant leak or faulty low pressure valve.
Do the 2 refrigerant lines entering and leaving the evaporator ice over?
Is the machine perfectly level?

I wouldn't put my phone number on the Internet, to many crazies, cons, etc. use the PM (private message) function of the forum to send it to him. I would edit your post and remove it after sending the PM.
