What is the best way to clean the scum line on a boat? After it sits in the canal for a few days its work getting it off.

Starbrite and other brands of these hull cleaners work well, but just be aware that they contain lye which is highly corrosive to metal. If you use this with your boat on the trailer tape a plastic sheet or something to keep it from running down on the trailer. It is strong enough to eat into the finish of a galvanized trailer (I speak from experience).

FSR-fiberglass stain remover. Blue gel type stuff. Expensive but works.

I got some "stuff" that works pretty good. Spray on, wash off. I sell it at the new shop, but it only comes in a clear bottle with no label
