Need some help with a work project

I need a Hull Identification Number (HIN) from a boat registered in Washington State. This is for work for testing our system with the Washington Dept of Licensing. If anyone has any friends or family that would be willing to give me the number, I would be most appreciative. The information will be fully protected by Federal DPPA regulations and will be destroyed after my testing is complete.
I have checked several online sources and unlike automobile sites that give you the VIN, boat sites do not seem to have them listed on their website.

I got some help from a couple of different folks here. dombern34's turned out to be the most useful since it unlocked a couple of mysteries for me. Thanks to everyone who was able to help.
