Can anyone tell me what is going on at Keaton. How deep and with what bait????? Where are the redfish?

Mixed water. Some clearing and some still dark. Some trout can be found but still not right. Don't hear much about the red's. We haven't been in awhile due to rain but I do keep my ears to the ground. We'll be back on the water the next best chance we have of going regardless of the bite or color water. If you can go....GO! Post a report when you do.

We went to Keaton yesterday and managed to catch 15 trout in about 3 hours, with 3 over 20". But, the only thing they would hit was live pinfish in about 5 - 6 feet of water. The pinfish are extremely small but the big fish are still taking them....

Did you go north or south? We like fishing on Eaglesnest but with all the fish kill, south may be better.

We went south, about a mile from the bird tower. We were in site of Keaton beach all the time....
