Got out this afternoon and hit the flat on the bay side if SGI inside the SP. Found a few short trout on new penny in 5-7ft. Foul hooked a pin and decided to drift him behind the boat under a cork. Immediately got tore up by a school Spanish that cut the leader. Had a few more breakoffs due to Spanish feeding. Had one real solid hit that was probably a upper/over red. Overall a decent day. Water clarity was better than anticipated. Got a tug on the line and that's all that mattered.
