Exactly. I have studied the rise of the progressive movement in America and you can trace it right back to woman's suffrage.

It most likely is the same woman that was complaining about the county putting the Deer Crossing signs on busy highway. She thought They should put them on roads where the traffic is not so heavy and the deer can cross in safety without getting hurt.
